The Solarium Event Space

The Solarium is the perfect setting for your special event or party, as well as for educational and recreational classes. Please contact The Solarium office today to schedule a visit to this beautiful property.

Rental Highlights

  • Comfortably accommodate 150 for a standing reception, 125 for a seated meal, and approximately 100 seated on the patio.
  • Kitchen facilities, separate private space, and outdoor space included.
  • Vendor services are completely up to the client. Outside catering and alcohol are permitted; you can hire or supply your own.
  • Limited parking spaces are available behind the building. Street parking is available on both sides of W. Hill Street.
  • Set up and breakdown of Solarium owned tables and chairs is included.
  • Facility Manager onsite during your event.

Event Assets

On-site tables and chairs include:

  • 8 QTY: 6’ Rectangular Tables
  • 4 QTY: 4’ Rectangular Tables
  • 10 QTY: 60” Round Tables (seats 8)
  • 12 QTY: 36” Round Tables (seats 4)
  • 8 QTY: 30” Round Highboys
  • 100 QTY: Natural wood folding chairs with padded seats

Rental Rates

A standard rental block is eight hours, however additional hours may be purchased. A security deposit of $500 plus 50% of the rental fee is required to reserve The Solarium with the remaining balance due no later than 60 days prior to the event. The security deposit is refundable approximately 30 days after the event if the client has completed all items on the post event checklist, the client has not exceeded contracted time, and there is no damage to the facility.

50% off Sunday – Thursday all year; 50% off Friday & Saturday January – March only

30030 Residents:
50% discount if booked within 60 days of event
