The Community Center of South Decatur/Solarium Board of Directors will be accepting applications starting August 1, 2023 from Decatur-based non-profit organizations to be considered for funding from proceeds from CCSD/Solarium fundraising events that were held in 2022. The CCSD is interested in funding projects that contribute to the quality of life in Decatur. The Board prefers to use its grant funds to jump-start a special project and provide seed capital to get a focused activity off the ground.

Organizations must be based within the city of Decatur to be considered. The grant application for 2023 may be found at www.thesolarium.com. Applications must be received by Sunday, October 1, 2023. Winners will be notified in early October and grant checks presented at the October 24, 2023 DBA Meeting at The Solarium. Please email any questions to: [email protected]
